  First time using Henry's Autos - got spoken to like rubbish by the owner when I took my car back for a re-test and I forgot to bring the fail paper from previous week, I offered to go home and get it but he walked out of the office abruptly and left me standing there. Bear in mind it takes less than a minute to put the car registration in on the system and find the relevant information.
  
  Customer service goes a long way, and from my first experience/first impression with them the owner seems to be lacking in this department. The MOT test was fair and accurate, however I will not be going there again because of how i was treated unfortunately.
